Focinhos Felizes is not just a pet hotel. It is a well-being and caring experience. 

This project is part of my UX/UI Design learning journey at Edit school Porto. This is my starting point in being addicted to Figma, user experience topics and simple system user interfaces.

Striving to create exceptional reservation, payment, and communication experience, Focinhos Felizes preserves long lasting relationships through personalised care. It is high-quality stay for pets.

Problem statement

1. Making reservations through phone calls isn't aligned with nowadays customers expectations.

2. Communication issues between the pet hotel staff and pet owners causes frequent misunderstandings and heightened anxiety among pet parents concerning their pets' well-being and care updates.

3. The payment system at the pet hotel proves unwieldy, resulting in delays and frustration for both pet owners and the business, necessitating the implementation of a more user-friendly and efficient payment solution.

Main tasks
To create a responsive digital platform that enables owners to have closer contact with their pets during their stay, allowing owners to book available services through the platform, and providing a reservation and payment system.
